The Duso Family have been working together to create quality pastas and
sauces for two generations. Starting in 1979 at the Granville Island
Market in Vancouver - today Duso’s is a preferred supplier to many
renowned grocers in Western Canada.
Operating from their 15,000 sq. ft. Federally Inspected plant in British
Columbia, Duso’s pastas and sauces are produced to the highest standard
of the HACCP System. (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point).
Duso’s uses only 100% Canadian Durum wheat Semolina and liquid whole egg
to produce high grade pasta that is rich in flavour. Sauces are
Northern-Italian style - thick and chunky using fresh ingredients with
no added sugar. Duso’s newest Premium Line pasta is filled with the
finest, freshest ingredients combining unique and delicious flavours
such as Butternut Squash, Pear & Pecorino Cheese, Feta & Olive.
Duso’s offers a complete line of flat, wholegrain, organic and filled
pastas as well as tomato, meat and cream sauces.
